Nutwala Return & Refund Policy

At Nutwala, we take pride in offering premium quality dried fruits, nuts, and spices. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we ensure all our products meet the highest standards.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon delivery.

We are happy to offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:


Damaged or Spoiled Products – If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or in poor condition.
Wrong Item Received – If you receive an incorrect product.
Quality Issues – If the product does not meet our high-quality standards.

Conditions for Refund/Replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the affected item and packaging as proof.
  • The product must remain unopened unless the issue relates to spoilage or contamination.

2. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • For replacements, we will dispatch a new item at no extra cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed products (unless faulty).
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective).
  • Returns due to personal taste preferences.
